This bluff property is home to a 2400 sq. ft. custom 3-bed/3½ bath house that can accommodate up to 8 people and is close to Homer. Each bedroom has an incredible view, its own bathroom, and has either 2 single or 1 king-sized bed so it can accommodate couples or singles. It has a 180-degree view of Kachemak Bay and the Alaskan Mountain range. Its large yard has a fire pit and picnic table as well as a big deck with a Weber Grill. Inside its open floor plan is a comfortable place to enjoy each other’s company.

Because I've rented many houses that include very little, this house is super stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including coffee, flour, sugar, spices, and detergent. Linens, towels, laundry soap, and shampoo are also provided.

This is an amazing spot; quiet, private yet close to town with an awesome view!

Beautiful house in a great location
We loved everything about the house and the location. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. It is a very short drive to Homer but the view from the house is worth the drive. Such a great rental!!

I can't recommend this house highly enough. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies, such as coffee, condiments, and detergents. The location is convenient, yet quiet, and the views cannot be beat. Highly recommended!

Spectacular location. Has a master bedroom and attached bath upstairs. All other bedrooms are downstairs. Cliffside location so it may not be appropriate for small children.

Owner was good with communication. She set up beds per our request. Beautiful views and good furnishings. Deck overlooking the gulf is amazing. Only negative was that windows did not have screens so bugs could come in if they are open. Thanks for the great property!

AMAZING!
Our visit to Homer was made especially wonderful by our stay at this gorgeous property. The view alone makes it worthwhile. But the owners have put a lot of thought and attention to the living space. It is okay well appointed, clean and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for larger groups to spread out and be comfortable. We will be back!!!

Home is really comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lots of sparkling windows to view the mountains and ocean from all the rooms, and a plus to have three and a half baths. It would be helpful to have screens on the windows to get fresh air without bugs. Home could use a thorough dusting and cleaning.

Daddy Long leg spiders
It was a wonderful view and good stay. One complaint would be that there was way too many spiders. They would fall into the bed while sleeping. We know these spiders do not bite but it is annoying when your trying to sleep. It could use some fans and the dryer needs attention. Overall the views were spectacular and all else was good.

Great house, amazing view, and good hosts. I must admit that i didn't communicate much with the host, but I didn't need to. They reached out shortly after the reservation and asked how they could set the bedrooms up to accommodate us. When we arrived everything was as requested, ans expected. A very good experience.

Beautiful house with an incredible view
Our stay at Christie’s home was amazing. It’s the perfect place for a few couples or group of friends traveling together. The home is very spacious with great zones for relaxing and cooking. The real gem is the expansive view from the master bedroom, living area and deck. Quiet and lovely. Exactly what I hoped for!
