"My husband and I stayed at Deerfield Farm for 3 nights. It was very peaceful and secluded with all the amenities we could ask for. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately, it was quite cold (Ohio in February and March) so we couldn't take advantage of all the outside amenities, so we stayed inside by the fireplace. We had one hiccup that Stephen took care of very quickly. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Granville. "

"I had hoped to give this property a good review. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was a quick flip with little attention to detail. The first impression was an overgrown walkway and slippery steps without a hand rail. There was no mat to wipe our wet shoes inside the door. It is advertised for 13 people, but seating in the large TV room for only 6-7, despite plenty of room for more. "We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!"

"This cabin was the perfect getaway to relax and celebrate our 20th anniversary. The rental is secluded and close to nature. The property is equipped with everything you need for a romantic getaway! The hot tub was great with lots of privacy. "

"Property is well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again. Only downside is that it is beside a main road so vehicle traffic is loud when outside, that wasn't an issue for us, just something to be aware of."
