"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. "Three of my friends and I had an amazing time during our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and plentiful, sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The bar was great and Stavros our bar tender made the best drinks for us while we enjoyed the piano player every evening before dinner. The entire staff was attentive and remembered our preferences with food and drinks. Beds were comfy in the two bedroom suite we shared. Definitely a great stay for a week of skiing. "

"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."
