The space
Unique house in the serene hills surrounding Northern Ireland's best place to live!
As you enter you will descend down the staircase where you will find two queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom (with ensuite).
The main bathroom comes fully equipped with a luxurious enclosed tub and a separate shower.
For your convenience there is also a utility room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Off the hallway you will also find the main living / dining area which is large, open planned and perfect for get-togethers. This opens up to the back garden which has lots of outdoor seating for you to soak up the evening sun.
Guest access
Regarding the neighbourhood, The apartment is situated in the beautiful town of Holywood. Famous for its quaint convenient high street, its shoreline walks, its amazing restaurants and of course Rory McIlroy!
At Holywood station you can hop on the train to Belfast or Bangor and enjoy the scenery along the way. To drive to Belfast only takes about 10 minutes so you can be close to the city but stay in a nice tranquil seaside neighbourhood.
Our recommendations for places to go include the Maypole for the best Guinness in Ireland (fact!) and Noble for some amazing food (you need to book!). You also have lots of other bars coffee shops and cuisines to choose from. There are great stores that sell lots of interesting curios and trinkets and its always great to shop local so please pop in and buy if you are in the market for anything!
The area is also famous for its golf courses and within a few miles you have some great ones including Holywood Golf Club, Royal Belfast Golf Club and Carnalea Golf Club.
Other things to note
This is a residential area and there is a strict no party rule. In addition to this we can not allow any extra guests other than those for whom it has been booked without prior permission. We also ask that you keep the noise to a minimum especially at the more unsociable hours.
