The beds in both the well sized bedrooms were comfortable. We did not cook in the cozy kitchen, although it seemed to be adequately equipped. The bathroom was clean with a tub. "It was nice and simple. I liked the privacy and the fruit trees. It served our needs. However. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were pretty visibly dirty and the drawers under the beds needed some deep cleaning. But overall it was a good stay. "

"The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall...
