A lovely traditional detached Norfolk cottage, within it is own established gardens affording a fair degree of privacy and space. Ideal for a family or friends taking a break together.
Stunning Views from the cottage over Salthouse marshes and on to the sea beyond.

This cottage has been sympathetically modernised, offering a basic but comfortable interior, having a dining kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor along with a living room, complete with log burner, overlooking the garden. On the first floor there are two tandem double bedrooms with the second being accessed via the first but separated by an internal landing and having a W.C. off.

Located in the highly sought after coastal village of Salthouse, which has one of North Norfolk's best gastro pubs, the Dun Cow, which was recently listed in the Top 100 UK pubs for healthier food options. There is also a village shop/deli, and a seasonal restaurant.

Walk over the expanses of marshland with its reeds & waterways to Salthouse Beach. A few miles along the coast road will take you to Cley, Blakeney and then the huge sandy beaches at Wells & Holkham. The seaside town of Sheringham is also within easy reach.

Wonderful Views
We thorughly enjoyed our stay at Cley Corner Cottage. It's situated on the edge of Salthouse and the views from the sitting room and main bedroom to the sea are wonderful. As someone who loves the quiet I would recommend it away from peak season as you also overlook the garden of the local pub, The Dun Cow. ( which serves excellent food btw) We enjoyed total peace as we were there in November. All in all, a great stay and a really cosy and practical cottage for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
