The Living Room and Master bedroom overlook the mangroves filled with wildlife! After a day of sightseeing relax in the heated pool where you can spend some leisurely time in the sun.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It's fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

Convenient Condo!

We loved that this property had shopping within walking distance. The screened in porch was quite private and the complex was very family-friendly. The condo itself was very comfortable with ample space for our family of five!

Nice place with great location next to pool

All in all our stay was great, only thing we wish we could have had was more than 2 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels left for us to use. Other than that we would stay again !

Property was okay

Our stay was when hurricane Debbie was coming toward Florida, so it was a little rough. Luckily, the area didn’t flood but going 1/2 mile in either direction it was flooded for a few days. It did leak in the condo during the heavy rain. The worst part.that two TVs, the living room and bedroom would not work. We told the condo about it and they were said someone would fix it but no one ever came.

Photos misleading but still nice

Overall we had a really nice time. The location was awesome. My preteen and teenager felt very independent being able to take themselves out for breakfast, lunch or dinner by riding the trolley or walking to publix/the beach. The unit itself was nice, but small, and not very well equipped. We couldn't all eat dinner and have a salad bowl and plate. No wine glasses. Lots of plastic, cheap utensils. There were no pillowcases on half of the pillows when we checked in. As the owner of a vacation rental company I was disappointed that we were left with 2 garbage bags, two rolls of TP, one roll of Papertowel and no laundry soap, nor dishwasher tabs at all. Yet we were expected to start the laundry before we left (My company provides enough dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher daily). It just feels like they are running a bare bones operation. Also the photo of the pool outside area are very misleading. Looks way nicer in the photo.

there is a hole in parking lot and one m ember fell on the first day.....no 1st aid kit.....hole needs fixing....Apt very nice

Nice location for beach hopping

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great for exploring the Anna Maria Island towns. The property was as expected, and is your typical beach property with amenities to go to the beach.

Overall, neat and clean. Enjoyed coastal decor. Everything needed was there. Only exception- would have loved to have had a grill to use and a better view of the water.

The condo is secluded and very quiet. Pool was clean and warm. We were able to walk to the beach and stores. Nicely decorated condo.
