Perfect place to put your feet up and relax. One of four units in the condo gives your getaway a private feeling where you don't share the heated pool with many others, on a dead end road. It's the only unit overlooking the pool from the master bedroom. You'll be just one block from the beach making it tempting to go multiple times a day! The clean, modern decor makes it a great place for both short and long term visitors and we welcome both. Just a nature trail away from a grocery store.

Holmes Beach Condo
Great location. Easy walk to Manatee Beach, trolley stops, Publix, CVS, and a few restaurants and shopping. Clean but could use a few minor repairs. Comfortable beds. Nice heated pool. Laundry room was OK. All-in-all, we very much enjoyed our month long stay!!

GREAT LOCATION, Area has everything you need!!
We came from California & New York to relax, and left relaxed ,it’s August so it’s HOT anywhere in the US,it was VERY VERY CLEAN , having cold air conditioning to sleep well at night was GREAT , 2 couples enjoyed having 2bedrooms &2 bathrooms 2 queenbeds ,we loved how close to the BEAUTIFUL beach we were if you forgot something it was very quick to run back or to use your own clean bathroom. having beach chairs, umbrella ,towels COOLER w/wheels & pop-up shade was great , & your own shaded parking spot, ENJOY THOSE AMAZING SUNSETS AT THE BEACH. And you don’t have to pay to swim with Dolphins🐬Awesome!!You can walk to everything you need. Most restaurants close early 8pm. Which we missed because you’re out watching the sunsets . Bring your own seasoning if you’re cooking. Place has everything you need to cook with, great refrigerator, ice maker. There’s a hose & outdoor shower to wash your sandy feet before coming up. Beds comfortable. Reclining sofa great for end of day. Publix (get the app)is right there 3-5 minutes WALK , sandwiches & soups , pool noodles a must ,many restaurants, donuts coffee , in same shopping area. Walmart &Aldis in town. FishΧps at the beach restaurant was big enough to share, I’d say the best thing we ate. Ugly Grouper was very good too. We Didn’t like Skinny’s hamburgers , even tho it’s always packed but $1.50 happy hour 3-5 beer my husband & Son enjoyed . Visit Longboat Whitneys , fun for Brunch & baby turtles 🐢 on the beach, Siesta keys is a short drive also. I would definitely recommend staying here. My DIL&son enjoyed the pool, but the beach is where it’s at. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place.

Location, Location, Location
This unit has everything you need. The closet is filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and much more. It is one block to the beach and a short walking path through a park to Publix, CVS, and other stores and restaurants. . The heated pool shared by only 4 units is also a plus.

Good location
Having beach chairs available and beach towels was great. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Some of the things in unit could stand to be repaired. Showers need a little maintenance. The shower door handles are loose and some of the tiles are coming off in the showers. I assume from overuse. Also in the guest bedroom the dresser drawers are not very secure. Again, just constant use I assume. Minor details. Overall we enjoyed the proximity and use of the unit.

Great Location
Thanks for the great hospitality. The owners were great at communicating with us and we did meet on our last day. The condo was close to the beach. Publix and other stores and Skinny's - we were able do walk to all. The pool was kept very clean and offered a nice change when windy on the beach. There were extra beach chairs and umbrellas and other beach stuff. Perfect location. Thank you again!!

Clean, comfortable and great location
This is a great place for your next vacation. Everything was as per the listing. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed being so close to the beach cafe for easy access to food, drinks, bathrooms, showers, beach store. Also an easy walk to Publix. Great central location on the island.

Great Place to Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. The location is great: walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and trolley stops. The condo was very well kept, clean, and had most everything you need, including nice beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, towels, etc. The high-speed wi-fi was great for streaming movies and the furniture was comfortable as well. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, which is private, surrounded by palm trees and nice patio furniture and lounge chairs. It's just gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor space and covered parking were great perks too. Our host was very accommodating and responded quickly to all messages and questions. This is a great place for a couple's get-away or for a small family. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo just a block and a bit from Manatee Beach! Grocery, pharmacy, hardware store(we rented bikes from Ace hardware) located close by. Pool was great and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our week on Anna Maria Island. Owners are quick to respond via email and on the phone. My husband got up early every morning and walked the block to the beach and fished with the sunrise. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Very nice space and great location
We were in town for a soccer tourney in Bradenton and wanted something near the Gulf. The location was fantastic! Easy in and out and literally two (short) blocks to the beach (the beach side restaurant/bar was really, really good). Jump on the free trolley for access to the entire length of the island. Walk to the grocery store. The space was great! It was more than enough room for our family of four. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it met all of our needs just fine. The closet full of beach supplies was very much appreciated by my kids! They also spent a lot of time in the pool (which was well-maintained). Parking was a snap and the owner was very attentive and available. Overall, if we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

A nice place near the beach
Condo is an easy walk to the beach as well as the public beach access and facilities. Loved the shower! Loads of hot water with a nice hard stream; no trying to rinse under a dribble of water, which is too often the case in rentals. No issues with the AC or towels; not sure what the other reviewer was complaining about. Frig kept our groceries cold though it did make noise sometimes when starting up, which we reported to the owners on departure. The area was a bit noisier than expected, possibly due to the proximity to the corner of Gulf Drive and the causeway. We appreciated the convenience of walking to Publix along the nature trail, so there are trade offs for a bit of added traffic noise. All in all, a pleasant place to stay with easy beach access.

Recently spent one month at Seabreeze Condos #C. Very clean and comfortable - especially having the reclining furniture in the living room! Had a little problem with the TV and owners were right on top of it and got things looked after. Location was so close to the beach which we appreciated as we are beach walkers! Whoever comes will enjoy for sure!

Perfect beach vacation spot
Stayed here for a week-long beach vacation and highly recommend this rental. Very nicely updated 2 bdrm, 2 bath apartment with full kitchen, and furnished in a Florida seaside theme. Walkouts to veranda and a small balcony off the master bedroom let the breeze in although AC is available and worked well. Pool is surrounded by palms and other native trees from neighboring lot for a real tropical feeling. Building is on a dead end street so there's very little traffic and, best of all, is only about a block from Holme's beach, so no parking hassles. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were provided so we could leave the rental car in the covered parking and walk to and from the beach when it suited us. 5 minute walk to Publix and CVS and many restaurants are within a mile or two. Great way to see Anna Maria Island. Very easy transaction, owner is quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice spot in our favorite place in Florida. Everything was very clean. Had everything we needed for our weeks stay. 4 unit condo, with a heated pool. Within walking distance to the ocean, groceries, anything you want to do. Would recommend this to anyone.

Ideal Location
We stayed at this Seabreeze condo for a month. In the heart of Holmes Beach, we were less than a block from Manatee Beach and walking distance to groceries, drug store and many eating places...super convenient!! Set back from the main street, we enjoyed peace and quiet, especially at night. The deck was ideal for meals and just sitting around with a good book. We had all we needed to prepare meals. The owners provided beach chairs and umbrellas. We picked up the free trolley at Manatee Beach many times to explore the whole island. I would recommend this condo for it's convenience and location!

Great condo for a get away from the cold weather up North!
This condo has a great location. It is supplied with everything we might have needed. The deck is great and so is the pool. We enjoyed everything about this Holmes Beach condo. It would be good for two or four people. It really is the best little condo in town!
