"Sundance," a pet-friendly, 3-Bedroom property, boasts a large deck and a quiet location along with many other amenities making this oceanfront property a yearly vacation destination for many.
Once you enter Sundance, large windows with breathtaking ocean views provide plenty of natural light and openness. Located to the left, the kitchen provides plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, and accessories to make a comfortable meal during your stay. Whether you pull up to the bar or dine at the table, take in the views while you eat.
The dining area and kitchen transition into the living room where a large flat screen television and comfortable furniture to relax on can be found. Sliding glass doors provide access to the oceanfront deck where you can bask in the sun or relax in the shade the upper deck provides. Bedroom one sits to the left of the living room and has a private bath/shower, television and queen bed.
Continuing upstairs, there is a large shower/bath that is shared between bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two also has a queen bed and is located on the oceanfront side situated above the living room with a beautiful ocean view. Finally, bedroom three is to the rear of the home and has a double bed and twin bunk, perfect for children.
The large outdoor deck has comfortable chairs for lounging in the sun and direct access to the beach. Imagine waking up and going for a morning swim in the ocean...all this and more await you at "Sundance."

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message to the number you previously provided. This text will include a hyperlink that will direct to the Property Guide with all your check-in instructions, directions, FAQ's, Wifi info, helpful tips, and most importantly your information on how to gain access to the property. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
