Enjoy your perfect beach vacation in this oceanfront 3 bed/3 bath home with private beach access in Topsail Beach, North Carolina! The home boasts some rare features including private bathrooms for each bedroom and covered outdoor decks to enjoy the panoramic ocean views rain or shine!

Nestled at the foot of the beach, this home offers splendid panoramic ocean views while you relax with friends and loved ones on the two-level covered decks. Located on the south end of Topsail Beach, our beaches are less crowded, extra wide and can be enjoyed all day during low and high tides! The home is a short walk to local attractions, park, dining, shopping and fishing pier! Chair lifts located inside the home offer assistance for guests who may have difficulties using stairs. Outdoor showers are conveniently located on the beach access and a fully enclosed outdoor shower is located at the carport.

This north side of a duplex offers plenty of privacy with a private driveway, wet-weather entrance, covered decks & even your own private walkway to the beach. The outdoor decks with panoramic ocean views are covered (a rare feature for most homes here), allowing for rest and relaxation rain or shine. The carport accommodates up to 3 cars. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full private bathroom, for guest comfort and convenience! The home features 2 king beds, 4 twin beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

A fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals while having a full view of the ocean. Coffee lovers have many options (french press/standard brew/keurig) to enjoy the perfect cup of java each morning while taking in the breathtaking views. The open-concept kitchen/living room area with step out to the outdoor deck is the perfect space to unwind with friends and family after a long day on the beach. The home has plenty of games and books to entertain. The spacious living area has been recently upgraded with luxury flooring and comfy seating for the whole family to enjoy! Beach chairs and toys are also provided for guest use.

The first floor of this home is highlighted by the spacious king master suite with private bath on the oceanfront. Take advantage of your private access to the covered deck and enjoy a sunrise here to start your day! Also, on this floor is a bedroom with 4 twin beds, a second full bath and a laundry room.

The top floor features a third bedroom with a king bed, work desk and adjoining full bathroom. Friends and family can gather in the spacious living/dining area which features an open-concept kitchen. The comfy couch opens up to a queen bed to accommodate extra guests. Plenty of seating and spaces to dine and play, including a games table, while enjoying the panoramic views and walkout to the ocean!

After a relaxing day on the beach, wash the salt and sand in one of two private showers. One conveniently located on the beach access and the second a private, enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Rents weekly during prime summer season (Saturday turn day)
Off season- Sep-May has a minimum 3-4 night rental with check in/out available any day of the week.

The home is pet- and smoke-free to accommodate guests with allergies and sensitivities. Grilling or use of flame is not permitted on the premises.

Perfect end of summer getaway
We booked a last minute vacation here and our weekend was perfect. The place was super cute and perfect for our family of 5. There were wonderful views of the ocean from every floor and lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Outdoor shower was wonderful as well.

A 3 generation get away
We had a lovely time in Topsail Beach and throughly enjoyed staying at this property. Everyone was comfortable in their space and the stair chairs were super helpful for our mobility impaired family member. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect Beachside Getaway
We had a great time on Topsail Island and this property was a big part of that. You can’t beat the easy beach access. Restaurants and shops are walkable on one side and a short drive the other. Thank you!

Lovely family beach weekend stay
This house has plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Our family especially enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning on the third story deck. Beatrice was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed. The property manager was helpful, informative, and responded quickly to any messages. On Thursdays Ii the summer, be sure to check out the Topsail craft market, just up the street.

Topsail Beach House Apr 2023
We were in town for a wedding in North TopSail. The house was everything as described in the listing. The location was excellent with beautifull views of the ocean and morning sunrises. The chair lifts were an awsome feature due some disabilities for one in our party. We would definately reserve this property again and highly recommend! Thank you to our host.

Total Relaxation
The property appeared as it was in the pictures with no surprises. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The washer and dryer and chair lifts are a real plus. Beatrice immediately addressed all concerns. This home meets the needs of both the young and the old. For one week we felt we were in paradise and hope to return next year. We highly recommend this property.

Great place for the family!!
First off I’d like to say that this place was awesome!! We had an amazing week overall. We did have an issue with the hot water tank one of the elements went out. We messaged the owner and she had a service call put in for the very next day (would have probably been the same day but it was the 4th of July). She was so nice and responded to our message quickly and made sure to get the issue resolved right away. The beach outside was NOT overcrowded like some of the other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and relax with the peace of mind knowing that if there are any issues they will be resolved in a timely manner with a super gracious host!!

Our return to this charming property felt like coming home, thanks in no small part to the warm and welcoming atmosphere cultivated by the owner, who clearly cares deeply not only about the property but also about the experience of every guest. It strikes a harmonious balance between communal areas where we could gather for meals and games, and private spaces where one could retreat for some quiet time. Perfect for anyone without mobility issues.
Absolute perfection for my husband, brother-in-law and I! From condo to beach, it served the 3 of us and we could not have been happier! However for my aging mother there was a huge disappointment. The trek to the beach was not easy nor appropriate for my mom. We were thrilled to find a condo with a chair lift then disappointment struck as we saw the decking/steps did not extend out over the sea wall as it has in other places we've stayed on the island. It took both my husband and I, giving all we could give, to get her to and from the beach. She only went twice the whole week because it was so physically challenging for her. It broke my heart she made the 20 hour drive from Illinois and then only had her toes in the sand twice. The home's description did not indicate this aspect of the property, and the photos of the beach access are misleading. If we return without her this home would be a definite repeat, it was lovely and everything we would want for ourselves in a beach house. Get Outlook for Android

Relaxing and comfortable
My family and I returned to this lovely home again this summer and enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the 3 bathrooms are great with a family. My favorite part (outside being right on the beach) is the outdoor shower. The communication with the owner is easy and prompt.

Lovely Stay
This property is a lovely, clean home located in a great location. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the home and all of its amenities. Our teenagers enjoyed walking to the local shops and being ocean front. Beatrice was a timely and kind host. We’d definitely stay here again.

Overall this property was 4 star. Pros are closeness to the ocean, quiet neighborhood, 2 king size beds, plenty of cooking utensils, tv's in all bedrooms, close to pickel ball court, & close to the best homemade ice cream in NC! Cons are no beach umbrella, house needs a little updating, & better cleaning between renters. Overall great vacation. could of been a little cleaner

Our experience
The host sent a code before check in and when we arrived we were able to go right in. Both chair lifts worked wonderfully. The beds were comfortable! We were able to cook meals and do a load of.laundry. on the day it stormed we checked out local shops in Topsail and Surf City. After being out we noticed the house felt warm and the host called us to see if we knew why the house was warm. Something happened to the air during the storm and it was fixed the next day. There are several fans in the closet. Only upper level was warm. The host was great to work with. The house was right on the beach with beatul views!!

Great week!
We had a wonderful stay here this week! The owner was very helpful with two minor issues, super on top of things for us! Definitely recommend packing water/sand shoes for the dune when you come off the porch because that sand was HOT this week. We have stayed here before and would love to do so again!
