The second floor is a spacious open-concept area full of natural light and coastal colors. This space includes a well-stocked kitchen, a dining area with seating for twelve, and a cozy living space. This floor also includes the most shaded king bedroom, a hall bath with shower and double vanity, and a deck overlooking the backyard. Toward the front of the house is another deck with tables and chairs for enjoying morning coffee or meals outside.

The third floor has the other three bedrooms: a king master suite with its own master bath and private open deck, and a queen bedroom and a bunk room that both access the covered top front deck with views of the sound. There is also a laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and board plus a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The first level is all outdoors with a cozy sitting area and table beneath the house with string lighting, a gas grill, a swing for the kids, cornhole, and an outdoor shower. Bringing a golf cart? There's a plug for that.
