“Kato’s Kove” offers any beach lover the perfect getaway. Come enjoy beautiful sunset views across the marshes from the back porch or sip your morning coffee on the front deck while you take in the ocean view. As an added bonus this beautiful property allows you to share your Island Time with your well-behaved fur baby. 

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 and ½ bath is just a short distance to the beach. Outside there is an outdoor shower for convenient rinsing off from a day at the beach, a picnic table for eating with the kids, and a storage room to keep your beach gear.  

The first floor is the ideal area for the family to spend time together playing games or hanging out in the spacious living room, eating together in the cozy dining room or on the breakfast bar, whipping up something special in the stocked kitchen, relaxing on the picturesque screened back porch or simply experiencing the coastal life on the front deck with high-top table and chairs or lounging in the chaise chairs. There is also a half bath and laundry room on this floor for your convenience.

Just upstairs is where the three bedrooms are located. The large master bedroom is a great resting place and includes a queen bed, television, dresser, sitting area, has a private bathroom with a shower, and also offers a view of the ocean. The second bedroom is a nice soft yellow color perfect for a peaceful night slumber and contains a queen bed. The third bedroom features two twin beds and also provides a nice view of the ocean. There is another full bathroom on the upstairs floor.

“Kato’s Kove” provides all you need inside and out for a family vacation or a friend’s get-together.

Other Things to Note:

 Kato's Kove is available for rent by the week during the summer months Saturday - Saturday as well as Monthly reservations during the off season (mid -Sept to mid - May). 

The Linen Package is now optional.

Rates Include: Rent, and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

This home is Pet Friendly. One Pet Fee of $300.00 is automatically included in the rental rate. If planning on bringing additional pets there will be a $100 fee for each extra pet, please contact the office. Only dogs allowed. 

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Streaming services Available with guests' own account: Smart TV's require guests login to access their subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.

Arrival and Departure:

Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM

Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
