The Beach Barn - Dog-Friendly, Sleeps 10, Free Linen, Shibumi & RV Parking

4 Bedroom/ 2 bath, huge deck, and fire pit. Lots of beach chairs and one wagon available for guest to use. You will need to provide your own beach towels. Ocean views with a short walk to beach; paved the whole way to make wagon pulling a breeze. Walking distance to neighborhood playground, grocery/bait store, restaurant, and much more. NO smoking/vaping. 9:30 a.m. check out time. Fresh Linens/towels are placed in a sanitized plastic storage bin in each room for guests to use.

The Barn has a new a/c unit. There is also a free standing unit in the upstairs master bedroom for use in the summer when maintaining temperature is difficult. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to prevent overheating/freezing.

Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 Pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.

The Beach Barn is Amazing!
The trip we had to The Beach Barn was Amazing! The owner Michelle was quick to reply to anything asked and/or needed. She was very accommodating with us the entire stay. The house fits 6 adults very comfortably, and they provided all linens for us, as well as have a washer and dryer to wash towels and/or clothes when need. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the house. There are so many good places to eat just a few minutes away. Next time we visit, we will definitely look The Beach Barn up again.

Everything was as good or better than advertised. Our host Michelle was friendly, attentive and well-organized. The property was immaculate, well laid out with nice amenities and very comfortable. The wrap around deck and fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog. Everything went very smoothly and we highly recommend the Beach Barn!

I found out when the day we were leaving and saw Michelle. That my wife and I had previously stayed in one of Michelle’s properties before. Both properties were extremely clean, well stocked, a lot of amenities, and items such as beach chairs. Would happily stay at a property of hers again!

What hurricane?
We booked the Beach Barn well in advance. With Hurricane Debby in the news, we weren't even sure we'd get there at all. Flew into Raleigh, and did have to take a couple of detours on the way down. Michelle answered texts rapidly, and was even spot on about the weather. Mostly partly cloudy with occasional afternoon rain. So glad we went. Nice, well kept place. All necessary amenities. It was an even shorter stroll to the beach than it looked from the photos. We hope to go back sometime soon!

A stellar experience
First and foremost Michelle was wonderful to deal with, she was extremely helpful and worked with us during booking. We first found the property on another site but we’re unable to book there so we located her on VRBO and we’re able to book here. Her property was very clean and provided us with all the necessities we needed for our stay including beach towels, chairs and other items. Her property is just a short stroll to the beach which we often did at night barefoot with our dogs to walk a few miles on the beach. The property is a short distance away from all the busy locations providing a nice quiet sanctuary at the end of the day. If you leave the house you can travel north or south to access either bridge to and from the island. Michelle and her property were exceptional!

Surf City get away-this property is a home run!!
Property manager has considered everything needed for you and family/friends to settle in, and get the Surf City/Top Sail Island experience done right! Clean, tons of TVs, reliable wifi, just accommodating for ALL ages. Plenty of space for multiple families, or kids/adults to spread out. Great balance of indoor/outdoor hang out space. And by the way, there's a beach about 100 yards away :). We will absolutely be back, and so grateful we found this property!

Excellent experience. The house was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating options. The Host was very easy to communicate with.
