Hotel was good. Food was good. Reception a little grumpy. Restaurant staff very good. Temperature control in rooms not good. All local shops closed every day in the winter.

Wellnessbereich sollte getrennt sein von der Sauna-Ruhemöglichkeiten-Schwimmbad. Frühstück sollte es ab 6.00 Uhr geben, dies ist Standard. Die Straßen zum Hotel sind nicht befahrbar, Schlaglöcher. Schneeräumung im Winter wird nicht durchgeführt. Sämtliche Beschreibungen müssen in Sprachen sein: Englisch-Deutsch

Bra hotell men en smula att jobba på
Hotellet är jättefint med fräscha, vackra rum och gott om plats. Utsikten över kullarna från balkongen är fin. Spaet är fint och välskött. Vi trodde att hotellet inte gav oss badtofflor till spaet eftersom badtofflorna inte låg brevid morgonrocken på sängen utan var fastkilade under vasken i badrummet. Vi hittade dem när vi skulle ner och checka ut. Spaet hade inte de vanligaste riktlinjerna för barn att de antingen ska hålla sig tysta eller bara har tillgång till spaet vissa tider. Många par flydde de plaskade gaphalsarna. Blev förvånad att de hade tv i spaet som det visades fotboll på, inte heller så rogivande. Jättedålig service på kvällen i restaurangen! Dessutom fick jag som vegan äta ris och salladsblad eftersom inget annat alternativ gavs, ej heller förslag ifall jag betalade. Frukosten var lika bra som middagen var dålig, med många alternativ för mig. Bästa frukosten hitintills.

部屋からの景色を期待していましたが、駐車場に面した景色で少しがっかり（ホテルを正面から見て右側）。部屋の交換をお願いしましたが同じカテゴリーでは空いている部屋がないということで、追加料金を払って広めの部屋になりました。入り口正面向きの部屋で景色は確かに駐車場横よりはよかったですが、わがままを言えばホテルを正面から見て左側の棟のお部屋になれば一番よかったかなと思います。 部屋は快適でした。ウェルネスも広くはないですが綺麗でした。 食事は期待したほどではなかったですが（別のサイトでかなり食事がいいと書いてあったので期待しすぎました）、悪くもなかったです。 従業員のみなさんは感じよかったです。

見晴らしが良い
朝食が7:30からでしたが、朝のフライトがあったので無理を言って15分ほど早く食堂に入れてもらいました。食事は美味しかったしデザートもとても美味しかったです。

Kellemes és tiszta hotel
A hotel kellemes pihenést nyújtott a húsvéti ünnepek alatt. A szoba kényelmes volt és tiszta. A személyzet nagyon kedves és szolgálatkész. A reggeli, valamint a vacsora bőséges volt, az ételek ízletesek. Nagyon tetszett, hogy a konditermet is igénybe lehetett venni. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, köszönjük szépen!

"A felüdülés helye"
