This is a private suite with a walk out concrete patio on the lake. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed in the living room.

New bathroom with private toilet room and a new large walk in shower with a seat..
Quit Central A/C and heat pump, that means no window units with noise.
The path to the dock is lighted at night.
Trout Hollow Lodge is next door, so you can walk through the gate in the privacy fence and buy your fishing license there, they also have a small store.
If you have a boat, you can rent a slip or a boat next door.
Mr. Gilberti's Italian Restaurant is across the street.

Great stay
The stay was very nice. I’m handicapped so all the steps were hard therefore we didn’t spend much time at the dock. Also the hot water had a smell to it. We would love to return and stay ground level or the collage.

Perfect little spot!
This place was perfect for us and our dog! It was very clean and comfortable and the host was very helpful as we planned our trip. Convenient to everything in Branson but in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Quiet retreat

This is our favorite place at taneycomo. We come here often. Always clean, quiet and serene. So close to Branson activities but away from the hustle and bustle.

This VRBO was perfect for what we wanted - a quiet place, fishing on Lake Taney Como out our back door, close to Branson, but yet far enough away to still have our peace and privacy. The property was very clean, and well provisioned for our stay. The owner was on top of communicating with us before our arrival, and made us feel that she really cared about our satisfaction for selecting her place. We are very glad we did !!

Tucked away little secluded spot, decorated with a fishing theme since it’s right on the water. Steps down to the private dock so maybe not ideal for very young children. Very clean inside with all the amenities needed. Close to Branson without being in the middle of all the traffic. Perfect for our family and will definitely be staying again.

Holister by the lake.

Little Oasis
It was a perfect little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close by. It was a perfect arrangement for my wife and I along with our two pets that traveled with us. It was clean, the host was easy to work with and provided excellent communication. We would love to stay there again when we are back in town.

Little Oasis
This place was wonderful for us and our pet. Getting up of a morning and enjoying coffee overlooking Lake Taneycomo was wonderful and enjoyed watching the fog lift over the water and enjoyed the sounds of boats taking off to fish for the day. The patio was fenced off which was wonderful for our pet. Will do it again. Thank for for being such great hosts.

This unit was extremely clean and equipped to make our stay perfect. The living room and bedroom were comfortable with lots of places to hang clothing and jackets. Even had a rod holder for you fishermen. We couldn't be more satisfied. Will be back!!

we always enjoy the branson area . good food and shows . clay cooper show is superb. we enjoyed sitting down at the dock and even caught some trout . our host was responsive and welcoming . the unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked . the decor was cute . satellite television in the living area and bedroom we will be back sorry for bad punctuation ,my shift key is stuck

This was our 2nd stay at this very beautiful place. Always relaxing sitting on the patio watching the boats go by. We enjoy this private suite better than any hotel. This always feels comfortable and everything we need is there.We have a small dog and the patio is enclosed. A dock is down below for fishing. The suite is close to town and all the attractions yet it has a country feel. Thank You once again for our stay. Brenda &Bruce

Lovely lake spot
I spent 4 days here and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the property, the property owners, and the neighborhood. It is conveniently located a short drive outside of Branson but has the feel of a quiet country location. My nephew loves fishing and was thrilled with the private fishing dock and he caught several brown trout. There were tons of birds, butterflies, a mink, and three beavers around the dock which was a delight. The space is comfortable and has all the amenities you need for a convenience and the air conditioning was wonderful in the hot weather. Beds are comfortable and there is a patio with table and chairs and a grill for a great outdoor space. Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back in the future.

Great and relaxing
My husband and I spent a week here needing rest and time after moving. It was enjoyable spending time on the patio with our small dog. The Taneycomo river was running fast due to the rain. Boats were still going up and down. We highly recommend Mr Gilbert's deep pan pizza across the street. The basement appt. stays really cool. Gave a 4 on clean due to the patio and sidewalk needing blown off often due to messy trees and windy rain, also the steps down to the dock need power washed. It would have helped our dog if mowed often.

Overall our stay was nice. The basement apartment was clean and comfy. The bed and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Like others have mentioned, there are people upstairs so during the day you can hear some feet walking around. No biggie for us and they were quiet from 9pm-9am ish. The river was beautiful and lived up to the name of this rental. The stairs are a bit steep and there was some poison ivy but we were able to avoid it. At no fault of the rental owners, our fishing experience from the private dock was a bust… Boaters came through at full throttle so waves were rocking us and scaring the fish. The people at Trout Hollow Resort, right next door, were really nice and helpful. And Mr Gilberti’s, across the street, Chicago style pizza was great. It was handy to have places like that so close for a day you may not feel like getting out and about. We would definitely stay here again.

We stay here frequently and love it. The property is decorated so nice and the view of Taneycomo is amazing. The town of Hollister is one of our favorite places to eat and shop. If you prefer being close to Branson but not in the thick of the hustle and bustle this is for you
