Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished home featuring a full game area with 2 arcade systems and family entertainment space, a custom dining table that seats up to 14, and multiple seating areas to accommodate the entire group. Located in Rocky Shores resort community, GREAT ESCAPES ROCKY SHORES grants access to an outdoor community pool with slide and splash pad.

Guests must be at least 22 years old to book and are also required to sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for a Security Deposit which is $500.00 for this property. Great Escapes Homes uses an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez and will provide guests a link to the rental agreement and security deposit after booking. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay.

This property allows pets up to 2 dogs for a pet fee. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. Bringing of pets without approval will incur a pet fee of twice the normal rate, charged to the security deposit held for the booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 18 people for this property.

Great Rental for large groups
This rental was perfect for our group of 12 plus a fur baby. Plenty of room, clean, and nicely decorated. It was also in a great location, easy to get to town and to the marina for lake time. We would definitely stay here again.
