The magnificent view of the sparkling blue water and the majestic countryside will take your breath away. All Roads Lead to Emerald Bay and Grande Pointe!

This condo is a direct lake front unit located on the Main Channel of Table Rock Lake. There are no trees, boat docks, swamps, or other buildings to obstruct your view. It's just you and the lake! Enjoy the panoramic and expansive beauty of the lake in Winter, Spring , Summer, and Fall.

You will know why it’s called Emerald Bay when you drive down the long sloping road and you begin to see the main lake section of sparkling clean waters of Table Rock Lake. The magnificent view of the water and the countryside will take your breath away. You will know that you have arrived at one of the most beautiful areas of Missouri. Emerald Bay surely is a family, couples, boaters , golfers, and fisherman's delight. Just a short ride to all the fun and activities Branson has to offer. You will enjoy yourself with so many activities for all ages and interests, and then be able to return to your comfortable condo and relax around the pool or just sit on the porch in the peaceful, beautiful, tranquil setting.

All of the rooms at this DIRECT LAKEFRONT UNIT located at Grand Pointe are roomy, substantial, and spacious period.
Guest really enjoy the spaciousness of the Condo which contributes to making their stay even more enjoyable!

The entire direct lakefront condo unit at Grand Point was furnished and styled with a decorator's touch!

An absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath extra large unit that has the best unobstructed lake view in all of Branson. An elevator will take you up to the third floor and then you will enter the uniquely decorated condo. There are King size beds and "King" size bedrooms. Each bedroom has a different décor beginning with a fishing theme with prints and a large lure in the master bedroom then on to the southwest theme with beautiful hand finished furniture in the second bedroom then finally an antique theme in the third bedroom with a 4 poster bed.

The living area has a duck theme with carved decoys and original art work. The kitchen area is decorated in a rooster theme with beautiful wall plates. Each king size bed has a the- top -of the line mattresses with spreads to match the decor. This condo in located in the Grand Pointe Condominium Complex.

HOUSEKEEPING: The house keeping fee is $150 and it is to be left when the guest departs in either cash or a check in the envelope provided.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Perfect Vacation Apartment
This is a very well maintained place. It has a beautiful view of the lake. You have amazing lake view from the master as well as the living room. The host is very good in communication and make sure we have all the information we need. There are also activities like mini golf, bags and ping pong. I would definitely stay again in this place. We came for the beautiful lake view and this condo has them! We enjoyed a relaxing few days there and apparently many people came to Branson this same weekend. But it was quiet and relaxing at this wonderful location. Andrea provided lots of helpful information for us too. Thanks for a relaxing time away!

We wanted to experience Branson during the holidays and this condo was the perfect choice. Amazing view! Condo had everything you could think of. It was spotless and spacious and had everything needed to cook a special Thanksgiving dinner. Andrea was a great host! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed Spring Break with grandchildren at this beautiful property. Stunning patio and living area view of the surrounding lake. Private, gated entry to property and very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Will be back and recommend to our friends traveling to the Branson area. Andrea was extremely helpful and communicated quickly with any questions we had.

What an amazing time we had at Andrea's place. The view is stunning and my family enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony. Communication with Andrea was top-notch and she did a great job preparing us for our visit and also resolving any issues we had. The unit is well cared for and has everything you need for a quality stay. I highly recommend this location.

We had a wonderful time visiting Branson and the area surrounding Table Rock Lake! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! The rooms are all very large with plenty of space to put your clothes and suitcases. The view of the lake was spectacular and the sunsets were gorgeous! Andrea was easy to work with and got back to us quickly when we had a question . It’s the perfect location with an easy drive to all the local attractions .

Great condo…would definitely stay here again!
Andrea was so pleasant to work with. She made sure we had all the information before our arrival and was quick to respond when needed. My sister left a bag and she was quick to help us get in contact with someone who could help us. The condo was fantastic. Very cozy and homey. We did a girls shopping trip and the condo had everything we needed and more. The view is breath taking, the location is fantastic, you are out of the hustle and bustle of Branson traffic but can be anywhere in 10 min. I have no complaints about this condo or the owner. The only thing that was frustrating is the gate system. We had to stop at the gate check in box every time we came back and it took almost 10 min each time. This is no ding on the property, but just something to be aware of. We loved our weekend here and will definitely book this property again. Andrea you are the best.

Beautiful, comfortable property with a gorgeous view.
We loved our stay at this lovely property. Plenty of space for everyone to have down time with great spaces to gather and hang out. Loved the view from the balcony. Spent as much time as possible sitting out there reading and enjoying the sound of the water and the birds. Wonderful way to spend a few relaxing days for our spring break. Just a short drive into Branson for entertainment and meals out. Perfect!

The condo was beautifully located on Tablerock lake with million dollar views of the lake and sunsets. Also, the condo is more spacious than it looks in the pictures and incredibly stocked with most everything you need. The only thing that could have made the stay better would be a dock and pool on the condo complex property.

Branson annual trip
The security system is extremely tedious each time you come thru the gates. The requirement to wash and dry all towels is not acceptable. We have stayed at many Vrbo properties and never been required to wash and dry both. Also it seems odd you are required to leave cash for cleaning at the property and not part of the booking process.

Everything you could possibly want in a property. Views of the lake are spectacular. This is an end unit with a balcony overlooking the lake. The balcony affords a great place to enjoy morning coffee or a peaceful place to just relax and read a book. The condo unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (and you actually don’t have to clean everything before you cook/serve on it)! The unit is very well maintained and clean, clean, clean. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Relaxation Time
I have been coming to Branson for over 25 years. This condo was the most stocked condo I have ever stayed at. In addition to ceiling fans throughout there were even fans in the closets in the bedrooms. It was an end unit with a breathtaking view of the lake. Andrea was awesome! We will be back.

Loved the condo and the view
The owners was very help and communicated immediately. You could tell that we wanted our experience to be great. The condo was extremely comfortable and you couldn't beat the view. She had more than expected in the condo to take care of all our needs. Was disappointed that the condo listed a hot tub, but there was no hot tub, but I'm sure that was just an oversite. We had to drive to the pool which was awkward with wet bathing suits, but the pool was very clean. We plan on trying to go to the same condo next year if we can because it was such a nice one.

Table Rock Lake
The unit was magnificent and the views driving to and from the unit were great! The only three negative things were when we had difficulty entering the premises the camera did not recognize my vehicle plate, had difficulty opening the lock box for the keys ( Luckily there was an owner there who helped me with the box and he had difficulty opening it too, the third thing was the marina with the boat slip was a 20 minute drive. Again the unit was superb!
