Beautiful Lakefront Home - Private Boat Dock & Hot Tub - 5 Min to Branson Landing!

BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS

(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

Welcome to lakefront living on Lake Taneycomo. This newly renovated 5 bedroom/3 bath home is located right on the lake! The water is so close you can almost fish off the deck! Just a few features of the home include:

The main level has one king size bedroom, two queen-size bedrooms, and one king-size master suite with walk-in shower. There is a newly remodeled, full bath in the main level hallway. There is a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you will need. The laundry room is right off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. You'll love the open floorplan with a large dining table for 8 - 10 people.

The downstairs level has two queen beds and a full bathroom with an older claw bathtub (no shower). The kids will want this room; that's where the pinball machine is!

Spend the evening on the deck by the firepit or in the hot tub. The screened in porch is also a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the perfect view of the lake.

This home is conveniently located only 5 Minutes to the nearest restaurants and major stores and less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson and the Branson Landing! It is also only 15 minutes away from the new Buffalo Ridge championship golf course and world-renowned Top of the Rock championship golf course. This home sits just 15 ft away from the shoreline of Lake Taneycomo and has a GORGEOUS VIEW of the lake!

There is a Bass Tracker Fishing Boat available for rent at the dock. Taneycomo lake is known for one of the best trout fishing lakes in the region. Flowing through the heart of Branson, Lake Taneycomo is the most diverse fishing lake in the country, sporting world-class rainbow and brown trout as well as bass, crappie, and bluegill angling. But it s most famous for its trout fishing. The current brown trout Missouri state record was caught on Lake Taneycomo on November 12, 2009. The enormous brown trout weighed 28 pounds, 8 ounces!! It was 37 inches long with a girth of 24.75 inches. So come stay with us and try your luck to hook the next State record trout fly fishing or gentle trolling down the lake. Please note: The lake is not for . There is a strong current and meant for kayaks, canoes, and boating.

Great trip
Great property! Quiet and well taken care of as well! Clean and great location. Quick response from the owner to getting supplies needed. The only downside were the stairs leading down to the dock were not well maintained and despite cones set out would recommend blocking entry until fixed. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Great Location for Lake Trip
We have visited the Branson area multiple times, but this is the first time we have stayed in Hollister. We enjoyed being closer to attractions like Top of the Rock. We visited new places to eat in Hollister. We brought our boat and there was plenty of room out front for the boat and trailer. No issues at all pulling in or getting out. We thought the trip to the Table Rock Lake boat ramp was pretty easy to do from the house. There was more than enough space in the house for our family of five. The family enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and hot tub .

Have used this house twice for our annual fishing trip to Taneycomo. Great location and great dock. Steep walkway down to dock could really use a railing, that is my only complaint on this place.

Nice place for a trout fishing weekend.
We stayed for an extended weekend for trout fishing. Great location and easy access directly to the dock on the property, the boat ramp in the community nearby, and not too far from the hatchery below the dam. It handled 5 of us just fine and there was lots of space. I would stay here again!

We stayed at the house back in 2023 and liked it so much that we booked it again for 2024. The house is easy to find, clean, and very well accommodating. The only downside to this property is the 5 pm check-in time and the lack of basic kitchen essentials/ condiments I have often found in other VRBOs, but there is a grocery store 5 minutes away, so no major problem.

Loved it clean and nice Steps to the river and dock were a little precarious for young kids or older folks . Fishing was fine right off the dock or bring a boat! Kayaks were available! See video on tictoc @docwithknife for a view of the dock and outside of the house . Branson 10 min away

Fantastic Work Retreat
Home was perfect for me and my team of eight co-workers. Lots of room to spread out or gather around the table and break bread together. We really enjoyed both porch areas. We brought our boat, so the dock made fishing much more fun. We fished the whole lake from the trophy area to Monkey Island. Be sure to pick up some jigs from Lillies Landing. Those guys know their stuff and will help put you on some fish. The home sits on the bank of the lake and is far away from traffic noise and lights, so it's perfect for someone who wants plenty of privacy. This would be a great location for a big family get-together. Plenty of room for the kids to play and have fun without upsetting the neighbors. It's also only a 10-minute ride to Branson Landing should you want to go shopping or out to dinner. The beds and bedding were great, slept like a log! We had a great time and would definitely recommend this home.

Hot weather did not melt our fun!
This property was ideal for our family vacation. Heat indexes were over 100 for the week, so we were glad to find fans in two of the bedrooms. We used the fans on the screen porch and had hours of fun in the space. When anyone got too hot, he/she moved to the large gathering space inside. The privacy and location of this property was excellent. Our group appreciated the dock fishing, hot tub, kayaks, large kitchen, provided laundry/dishwasher detergent, shower dispensers for shampoo and shower gel and nearby grocery/shopping. We would definitely rent this property again for any large group gathering!

A celebration of milestones in life.
Our stay included me and my 5 favorite /best friends to celebrate milestones in life. At first we were a little surprised by the location (very secluded) but we ended up loving everything about this house. We saw a fox 3 nights while we were there and loved the beautiful nature pictures we took, especially with the storm and rainy weather. The bedrooms/bathrooms were adequate for our needs and we had a great stay! Our favorite room was the enclosed porch. We spent many hours there. We all were sad to leave.

Great Vacation Home in Branson!
We stayed here with another family of four and it was the ideal size and perfect area for us. The location was secluded with a great spot for our kids to fish right off the dock in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!
