"The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. So much to do and such a lovely location on the lake. I wish we had been here in summer, it’s got to be spectacular. Hot tub was well cared for. Snow removal was good. Beds were comfy. Lots of dishes pots and pans. Does not include cooking supplies like oil or seasonings or cooking spray, just fyi. Awesome that we didn’t have to strip beds! "We took our Mom away for the weekend and enjoyed an evening at the Salem Cross Inn. Accommodations were nice despite the cold weather. We found the parking to be a little tricky in winter conditions due to the hill. The bedrooms were comfort and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Plenty of room around the diningroom table for games and snacking in addition to meals. Kitchen tools need updating as well as pillows, blankets and ping pong paddles. Plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Porches...

"My family of five was pleasantly pleased with our booking. The duplex had plenty of space, including access to the basement. Easy access, adequate parking, safe neighborhood, clean surfaces and extra linen, around plenty of food options and great wi-fi connection. All instructions were simple and easy to follow. "This apartment is a real gem. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Our hosts gave all the information we needed prior to arriving so we didn't have to ask lots of questions. The neighborhood is very safe with lots of families in the neighborhood walking dogs, etc. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Springfield!"

"Let's start with the good. Convenient location for our son's wedding at Evergreen Farms, lots of space and parking, modern kitchen, working internet and modern TVs (that even allowed streaming from our phones). Easy interactions with both the manager and the owner. Now the not-so-good. First, the owner was supposed to meet us at check-in, but never showed up. We were given the lockbox code so we were able to get in without a problem, but no tour. The odd decor hits you immediately upon entry....

"Very clean, good host, well stocked kitchen, good location in Springfield, good beds and bathrooms, quiet. Living room and dining room have very unusual dramatic red furniture and a throne chair, but we enjoyed the eccentric touch. "

"Our stay was only one night, but it was a very fun night and morning. The property was beautiful. The walking trails were great for a morning walk. The goats and Shetland sheep were pretty cool to meet and pet. Michael the owner was a great host. The treasure hunt was a fun plus for the morning. Definitely would recommend. "Stayed here NYE because it was close to an event we were going to. Such a cute farm! Michael was a great host and was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.
