Charming place
to stay near Holland, Macatawa and Saugatuck. The area has bike paths, tennis courts, and 3 blocks to public Lake Macatawa boat launch.

This apartment is wonderfully comfortable with a queen bed in the bedroom. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination,and Wireless
Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped,

The outside brick patio area is beautiful with a lovely garden and comfortable table and chairs. There’s a Gas/Grill. The location is very tranquil and private.

All linens and towels are provided. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment.

This is strictly 1-2 adult only , sorry no exceptions.

There is a 2night minimum

Cancellation Policy : 50 % refund if notice is given 30 days prior to rental date. 50% refund if we are able to re let property if less than 30 days notice.rentals

Tulip Festival
The greatest long weekend getaway! The apartment was clean, well appointed and the perfect spot for the Annual Tulip Fest! Karen was the most gracious hostess….we will most definitely be back!!

My parents stayed in this lovely home for the Tulip festival. It was perfect for them! Clean, great bed, homeowner was present and very helpful. Would definitely re-rent!

Weeks vacation
Came to Holland for a wedding and booked this cozy perfect apartment. It was supplied with all that was needed and more for a week’s stay for the two of us elderly’s. Our host Mary became a new Friend to us and a perfect host who made our stay even more enjoyable. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to Holland Ideal location,

We loved this property! Karen has a beautiful place with a personal touch and stocked with everything you need. She is on site and wonderful to talk to, but also gives you privacy. Great location for all there is to do and see in Holland and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend this property for your Holland vacation.

Tulip Festival Home Base
Great home base to enjoy the Tulip Festival. Very clean and had everything we needed. Used the kitchen a bit, which was a plus. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely garden and patio for guest enjoyment. Perfect Long Weekend - Tulip Time
Ah, Karen was the perfect host. Her house is attached to the Vrbo, but she was quiet as a mouse. Hope we were too! The location is close to downtown Holland, as well as downtown Saugatuck. We came for the tulips and some of our favorite bike trails. We were not disappointed. This rental is perfect for two people - nice kitchen, spacious living room and a beautiful outdoor patio if weather permits. We’ll be back again!!!

I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment, centrally located to all the great stuff on the West side of MI. Easy drive to Saugatuck, South Haven, Grand Haven. Very quiet neighborhood and property. Private, off-street parking. Easy to find, even at night. Convenient location for visiting downtown, tulip gardens, breweries, and the shore. Well-equipped, including dual coffee maker (k-cup and traditional drip), plenty of fresh towels, electrical outlets everywhere, and a beautiful yard. The sofa is not appropriate for everyone to sleep on, but it turned out to be the perfect support for the arthritic back of a 5'4" 160 LB woman.

Quiet apartment close to so much!
My husband and I are expecting our first child in July and we decided to get away from Indianapolis for the weekend. Karen's apartment was perfect for our trip as we went out and explored different restuarants near by, spent a day at Oval Beach which Karen recommended, and met up with some of my husband's family that lived about 30 minutes from the Vrbo. The apartment was very spacious for us, very clean, and such a cute and quite place. I asked for beach towels after we arrived and Karen was right there to provide them. We had a great chat and she was so sweet. We didn't get to spend time in her backyard oasis as we had a busy schedule each day, but it was so beautiful and peaceful. Thanks to Karen our stay was wonderful and we would definitely go back!

We loved Holland, MI !!
This was our first time visiting Holland, MI and we loved it here!! We came on this trip to primarily see the tulips and we were not disappointed. We stayed 5 nights and left the day before the actual tulip festival. It was rainy and cold for the first four days ( at least it was cold to us Floridians) but we just bundled up and enjoyed ourselves anyway. We also enjoyed driving all the streets in Holland that are lined with tulips this time of year. The owner was super nice and she was easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location for visiting both Holland and the small towns of Saugatuck/Douglas. We hope to come back again in the future.
