The main house is all one level - two separate bedrooms each feature a king bed and thoughtful amenities. A bunk room with two sets of twin bunks comfortably accommodates four kids. A full bath with new tile and tub/shower combination is conveniently located for all bedrooms.

THE LOCATION

This enchanted property is located just a short drive to both Tunnel Park and Holland State Park, both known for their expansive sandy beach. Lake Macatawa connects to Lake Michigan near the State Park and here you can rent kayaks, paddleboards and jet skis. Enjoy a walk to the iconic Big Red lighthouse and watch the boats as they travel to and from the Big Lake. Rent bikes locally as well and enjoy the miles of bike paths connecting along the shoreline.

Award winning Downtown Holland is just a short drive and features a wide array of dining, shopping, breweries and cafes. The Thursday night street performers series is back this year and will delight all ages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance.
