"Positives: The 3 apartments are newly decorated so they are clean, fresh and stylish. Great position, quiet spot but quickly into town. Negatives: As a whole house, the appearance is only let down by the office like industrial stairs and the layout of the ground floor flat, requiring access to the courtyard rear via a bedroom.A huge disappointment was the 2 hosts turning up at the property during our stay to sort bins, something in the porch and requesting access to wash their hands. "A beautifully styled cottage in a super location, with stunning views across fields. Very comfy beds. The bathroom is very small, which makes bathing a child slightly awkward. Extremely useful to have the extra fridge/freezer in the outhouse. Easy access to the coast and not too far from the main A148 road to access all across north Norfolk. The neighbours were lovely and welcoming. It was a shame the welcome hamper cake was 1 month out of date, and that previous guests hadn't cleared...
