On the outside, it’s a cement building they have renovated, but on the inside, it was SOOOO spacious with everything we needed. "This place is GREAT. CLEAN. Good hot, powerful shower. New/remodeled rooms with fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ALL the amenities of the fancy high-price hotels at an AFFORDABLE price. But, I really don’t care about all that, it’s Shane, Lu and their hardworking and accommodating family that make this my only place to stay in Eureka Springs. "This was a great little find in Eureka Springs. We found out after we checked in that this motel had recently been on an episode of “Motel Rescue” on HBO Max. What a great job they did! "Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door."

"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house on the Island! We enjoyed being able to go golfing on their 9 hole course. There were deer around the property as well . Beds were comfortable and just the right size for 6 adults. My only complaint was that there were no college football channels on their TV's. We had a little work around, so not a big issue."

"The cabin was nice and clean. The bed for cabin 21 was very firm and yet with the gel memory foam, my wife and I slept like babies. We didn’t realize it was off-season, so be prepared if your objectives are kid related. We wanted downtime away from adulting and this was perfect for us.
