"This was our first family getaway that did not involve seeing extended family and my kids are still talking about the trip! There was so much to do that everyone had something fun to do. My kids loved being in the water and playing darts. My husband enjoyed being able to fish right out of the backyard and how quiet it was. I enjoyed sitting outside and watching the wildlife (loved seeing the bald eagle that landed on the dock!). Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Purpose of our overnight was for rest & refreshment. We wanted something quiet and away from people, this place was exactly that. Very clean and organized. Very little dish & hand soap, but everything else was well thought out and provided for. Appreciated the Keurig cups, we enjoyed several cups of coffee. The sunrise view was amazing. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The house has everything you could ask for. Fishing off the dock was excellent. Very clean with a great view and a good location. The owner is exceptional and is quick to respond to any questions you may have. "

My granddaughter caught three catfish, one flounder, and two turtles. She was thrilled. I would recommend this to anyone with kids or are kids at heart. The home was very tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed the host's personal art, which could be seen in every room. The layout of the home and the outside lent itself to a "stay home" kind of vacation, yet when someone needed space there was somewhere, inside or outside to go.
