Reception was welcoming and after hearing about a bad night at a national chain the night before they promptly sorted an upgrade of room for us - so kind. Breakfast was served in a sunny open room with lots of choices and cooked to order! A fabulous way to set you up for the day. "

"Fantastic building! Perfect location. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Just some rooms are in need of a little TLC so it depends which of the rooms you stay in. The room we stayed in just needed updating but the bed was so comfortable and a very good night sleep was had!! "

The hotel is nicely decorated, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed and good facilities including a small fridge, and a microwave (we didn’t use, but would come in handy). Check in and check out were both very easy, and we managed to get a space in the car park. "I appreciated the welcome call I received from the staff, guiding me to find the hotel, which was nice and easy. I did have to wait outside a little, as the instructions on how to enter aren’t quite that easy to understand, but only a couple of minutes and I was greeted. I was shown to my room, which was fine for one night. I slept really well, the room was nice and warm and the bed was fine. There was a nice hot shower and decent bathroom.
