"Husband & I wanted to visit Acadia. This was the perfect location!! Away from the crowds of Acadia but just a short drive to all Acadia had to offer. Beautiful setting!!! We saw deer each night just the right amount of space for the 2 of us. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay here! The check in was clear and obvious, everyone was responsive and helped with the minimal questions we did have and the place was incredible. The waterfront view is beautiful and we got great sunsets every night. The house had everything we needed and my fiancé even liked the bed so much she’s thinking of replacing ours at home! "We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! "
