Detached chalet in Hohentauern with sauna

This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located in a complex (Almdorf) with several chalets in the middle of the village of Hohentauern in Styria (snow-sure altitude 1,275 m) and practically directly at the ski lift.

The wooden chalet offers a cozy living room, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, washing machine and an infrared sauna. The chalet faces south so it has sun all day long. From the living room and the various terraces there are beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape, the ski lift and the village.

In winter, Styria turns into Austria's "white heart" with beautiful ski resorts. In summer it is particularly known for its lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 sunny days a year and the snow-sure ski area Kreischberg / Murau ensure a perfect holiday environment in all seasons. The Kreischberg / Murau ski area extends to the neighboring Rosenkranzhöhe and offers a total of 42 kilometers of slopes.

The ski lift to the well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 kilometers of slopes is only 300m away and various hiking trails are right on the doorstep. In every season, the chalet and the immediate surroundings offer you and your family the opportunity to enjoy an active and relaxing holiday.

The reception in the Almdorf can only be reached by telephone on Wednesdays.

Sehr erholsamer und entspannter Urlaub, wirklich ein Traumobjekt in wunderschöner Lage.
Wir haben diese Unterkunft spontan für unseren Rückweg vom Urlaub aus Split gebucht, um die lange Rückfahrt etwas zu entzerren. Wir hätten nie gedacht, dass die 5 Tage hier mehr Entspannung und Erholung bedeuten als der eigentliche Urlaub. Das Chalet ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und wohnlich eingerichtet, zudem war es sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch ist man überall in kurzer Zeit, ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Prachtig huis
Wij verbleven van 20 tot en met 25 oktober in dit vakantiehuis. Alles was zoals op de foto's. Een heerlijk huis en een onwijs mooie omgeving. Mensen erg vriendelijk. We hebben het heel er naar onze zin gehad en voelden ons thuis.

Es ist wirklich ein schönes Ferienhaus inmitten eines Ferienhausdorfs! Es ist gut ausgestattet....nur die Qualität der Kopfkissen ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, aber da wir mittlerweile immer unsere eigenen dabei haben war es für uns nicht so schlimm.... das Restaurant Passhöhe (wo auch die Schlüsselübergabe stattfindet) ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten auch das Glück an einer Jodelwanderung (für Anfänger) teilzunehmen! Das war großartig!!! Auf jeden Fall absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Steiermark und in dem Haus!

Sehr Schönes Kleines Dorf
Wir haben unseren Urlaub zum Zeitpunkt des Ausnahmezustandes verbracht. Wir müssen sagen uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider wurde in den Medien einigens schlimmer dargestellt als es war. Wir hatten alles was man benötigt. Leider waren aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht alle Aktivitäten möglich (Eisbahn und Rodelbahnen waren nicht geräumt oder prepariert) ABER trozdem war es für uns ein toller Urlaub und vorallem ein sehr tolles Haus mit toller lage. Das Essen im Hotel Passhöhe war sehr zu empfehlen (viele Grüße an den netten Koch). Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Heerlijke vakantie
Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtig chalet. Helaas was het "winterseizoen" net voorbij en bleek er heel wat zaken gesloten te zijn maar ondanks dat was het een topvakantie. Mooi weer, hele vriendelijke mensen en een prachtige omgeving. Ons onderkomen was perfect, schoon en zeer luxe uitgevoerd. Echt een aanrader , vooral in het winterseizoen !!

Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet
Das Chalet liegt in wunderschöner Gegend. Man kann vom Haus aus in viele Richtungen wandern gehen. Liegt am Fuße des Triebensteins. Pisten zum Skifahren und Rodeln ganz in der Nähe. Der Service ist sehr nett. Die ganze Abwicklung, sowohl bei An- und Abreise, ist sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist maximal ausgestattet. Die Schuhheizung hat uns so manchen Tag gerettet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Waren Anfang April dort und hatten sowohl Schnee als auch Frühling. Gerne wieder.
