"Very good city hotel, very near to the outlet mall. Great food, good breakfast, very good spa area with an indoor swimming pool. "

"Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was fabulous. The room was spotless and with comfy beds. Buffet breakfast with a good choice of warm dishes or cold cuts. The highlight was the staff, all very kind and friendly, willingnto accomodate extra requests from my little one. Reccomended! "

"The rooms are fine. As is the position in town. But note that there are NO humans involved. Everything is via electronics. Even the check in. Which is fine, a long as it the electronics (all computerised) works. When that fails - as it did with me and at least one other (a couple) then things fall badly apart. Word of advice, against all logic, it is probay be best to pay upfront (online). The system with paying upon arrival - while standing in the outside in the street, and in the rain... - when the payment system is badly programmed and malfunctionjng - is simply grim. "

"Ich hatte ausführlichen chat mit Euch. Es wurden drei Übernachtungen abgebucht. Obwohl 2 nur zwei Buchungen gibt. Wurde mir auch vom Hotel bestätigt. Ich werde es nicht akzeptieren und wenn keine Rückvergütung erfolgt bin ich kein Kunde mehr, Werde alles stornieren und auch Visa verständigen"
