"Hotel front staff were very nice and helpful, always big smile which is not always seen with my past over 250+ hotels stay experience in Germany. Just one of the linen was so clean had suspicious red spot on it..Rest are all good. Great location and comfortable. "

Lots to like about this hotel: terrific central location, close to railway station and in the centre of the old city; good hospitality; quiet location; helpful staff; great self-catering facilities (we cooked two meals while there, as a break from restaurant food); solid breakfast included (not spectacular, but a nice extra); spacious and well equipped bathrooms; good large rooms. Nothing really to complain about. Our room was not serviced during our 2-day trip, but we could have asked for that, had we known it wasn’t automatic. Would definitely return, they have a great value model! "
