Comfortable holiday home with large garden, near Nürburgring

The comfortable and modern holiday home is 140 m² in size and can accommodate up to 8 people. The house has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with pull-out double bed and in the attic 2 single beds and additionally a cozy couch which can also be used as a sleeping accommodation for 2 people.
The 2 comfortable bathrooms are both equipped with a shower and one with a large bathtub.
The kitchen with living and dining area is equipped with a kitchenette incl. Dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Crockery, cutlery and pots are also available.
In the living area is a cozy lawn and 2 armchairs and 1 TV with satellite system, wireless internet is also available in good quality.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
In addition to the house is a double garage and 2 parking spaces in front of it.
You have a nice big garden with terrace and barbecue.
Hohenleimbach OT Lederbach is a small town in the Eifel in close proximity to the legendary Nürburgring (15 km).
Many other attractions such. As the Laacher Lake, the Abbey Maria Laach, various Maare, umv. are easily accessible from here.
Leisure activities and excursion destinations such as the leisure pool Brohltal, the Hohe Acht tobogganing or many hiking opportunities, a visit to the spa town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler or one of the other beautiful wine villages on the Ahr, can be easily reached.

Also for horse enthusiasts, the area offers many opportunities for a horseback ride. In the village itself is the Kuhnigk's Ranch with the newly opened Aktivlaufstall for horses.
