"This is a great ski and adventure hotel. It’s clean, big rooms, quiet despite its its size and gorgeous setting next to åre lake. Even the basic rooms are bigger than your average hotel in rest of Europe. I have been coming to this hotel with my 2 daughters ( now 13 and 15) for skiing and it is always a good option. It’s not ski in& ski out, lifts are either a 10 mins walk or ski buss right outside. Perfect for us tjough"

"Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. "I had a very pleasant stay. Laura at reception went above and beyond and was very helpful as most everything around town is in Swedish. The hotel itself is fine, a bit dark as none of the rooms or common areas have windows. comfortable enough. You do have to walk rather far to get to the bathrooms. the saunas were under repair so unfortunately did not get to use them. hotel is centrally and conveniently located. "
