"My stay at the Ruby Hotel was great. The ambience is so chic and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming always willing to the help. There was also a restaurant/bar with small bites in the hotel which I didn’t get to try but the menu was always provided when asked. Metro was a 5 min walk, about 3 dinning restaurants within a 5-10min walk. Very quiet and clean area with a lovely marina near by. Just a 10 min car ride to the AMS airport you cannot beat that. About a 15-20 min car ride tops...

"We had a fantastic anniversary stay here. All the staff went above and beyond for us....including a canal view upgrade, a complimentary buffet breakfast for both of us and a sparkly bottle with a lovely card on arrival. "Didn’t get checked in till 3:45 with the front desk telling me every time I checked it would only be 10 to 15 minutes and they were doing this for nearly everyone on that day So housekeeping needs to be sorted but so do the front desk staff because I would prefer to be told the truth and not a fob off lie So going forward they either need to sort out the housekeeping or STOP SELLING LATE CHECKOUT "

"I stayed in the shared room with pods, and for a dorm environment, it was awesome! They create a respectful, quiet, clean, and enjoyable space. The pods are comfy, the lockers are secure and were just large enough. The breakfast was awesome."

"Property is nice and accessible to bus stop. However, it would help if they have a big hotel sign of their name visible from the bus stop as the bus stop is on the bridge and can easily be missed at night - it is pretty dark."

"Staff were super helpful in getting us booked in, adding breakfast, advising trams into the city centre which is about 25mins from the hotel and organising taxis to the airport on leaving. Lots of places to eat at night and 2 supermarkets nearby. Will stay again nearby for otems needed. "

"This is a great hotel, nice and modern. All the staff were lovely and helpful, check in and out was easy. Hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, the fridge and safe were an added bonus. Loved the little window seat. Great secure parking, which we pre booked. "Great space. Will visit there againb. Not sure why they told me tghere was limited parking. We had to park in a lot not close. Every night the parking lot appeared almost empty. Wish we could have parked at the facitilty. Onkly negative. "

Very impressed!

"Only stayed here for one night but was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and very big! The 24/7 shop was also a great addition, whilst it might have been slightly more expensive than a supermarket/shop, the convenience of it trumped the price. There was a nice area near the shop to sit in as well as the gym, which even when sitting next to the room you couldn’t hear anything going on inside of it, so it was nice and private for anyone going in there. Good location as it wasn’t too far from Rotterdam Centraal and was near a good few attractions. Would definitely stay here again if I was to go back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Rotterdam."

"nice and comfortable airport hotel, take in count 2 things, even tho is no in Amsterdam, it takes a short walk + a train of less than 30 minutes to reach the city center, however this ticket is not covered by the different day cards or i Amsterdam cards so if your plan is moving a lot in public transportation but mainly taking advantage of the i Amsterdam city card you will spend daily extra 13 euros in train."
