"The staff is amazing "

"I'm a Livingston local who commutes to Bozeman for my government work, and when I have to stay overnight in town for whatever reason, this is my favorite place. I love the midcentury charm, the staff has always been friendly, and the rooms comfortable - all while being relatively affordable (that is, between tourist seasons, during which I would avoid staying anywhere as a local). I can't overemphasize the good value for the sweet vintage vibes. Knowing what I know, it would be neglectful of me to not mention that the street Sapphire is located on is not especially well-regarded. However, it is far enough from the epicenter of problems on 7th and I have not once had a problem here. When dangerous driving weather rolls through, I will always check here first for availability!"

"I loved be at this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The ambiance of the place was cool. My room was perfect, with a small couch and even an easy chair. The one negative thing was the mattress which was lumpy (probably needs a new one). If I ever go to Bozeman again, I would stay there for sure."

"The professionalism of the staff. When we arrived River was on the desk. He was veryvpolite and courteous. He quickly gotnour room and explained everything. When we got to our room we realized we had mistakenly reserved a handicapped room instead of a room with a sofa bed. When i called the desk River was quick to handle it and gave us a room we wanted, ON THE SAME FLOOR!! What a relief that was. That alone made our trip worthwhile!!"
