"I enjoyed that the hotel was right on the beach and promenade. The place was clean and overlooked the ocean! We had some difficulties and the staff quickly resolved them. It was a little tricky to get into the apartment because the elevator needed a fob and we weren't told about that. There was one left in the room., so that was good. "

"Everyone was very friendly. We came early in the day, but the clerk let us check in anyway. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and the hotel staff helped us locate the delivery van and secured our bags until we returned to pick them up. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient to trains, buses, and downtown. "

From check-in to restaurant and the way an incident is handled, there's a clear lack of professionalism. Got my room after 18:00!!!!! Breakfast tables are very slow to be cleaned! We stood and nobody seemed to hurry... No glasses during breakfast, no milk!!!! A carafe of water was difficult to get! No soap in the bathroom!! These are all "little" things but basic. Writing this as a positive feedback, Seanergy has a potential, and overall I had a pleasant stay."
