"The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and at a very walkable distance from pretty much everywhere in the city center. It is also less than a block away from a tram hub where you can grab a tram and go anywhere. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in, who went out of her way to assist us over and over again. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are comfortable, have good amenities, are well equipped with a kitchen and everything you need to cook and eat, and are very clean. Breakfast is very good. And one of its best features is that it has a self service laundry where you can wash and dry for 9 euro in total in a little over an hour. I had great experiences with this chain in the past, and this was no exception. Would definitely go back."

"Excellent hotel! Room with queen bed was very large. Updated bathrooms and bedroom. This hotel felt like a 4 star hotel. It was right on the canal and the heart of the city. Very highly recommended for the price. We visited in early March so the price may have been more reasonable. "
