The breakfast set up was great, the water and coffee bar was always accessible, and the laundry was a wonderful addition. "Lights of the unit were off from the evening of the arrival day till check out. No one responded after leaving messages to their so called emergency line. One of rooms heating was off at the same time. We had to sleep on the floor of the living room. Terrible experience "
