"Everything was perfect.. I can’t think of anyway this could be improved. Great location, apartments were immaculate and really lovely decorated. Everything really well thought of. Can’t wait to return sometime soon. The most important things were that it was great for our children and our dog!! We spent our first evening at a local pub then walked home with a takeaway, next day at the market and shopped around the village. Cooked some amazing steaks from the butchers. Then the following two days...

"Nice clean ideal spot as we didn't have a car. So we walked into town and to my families homes just out of town.Not the most clean but that's okay and my 2 year old found a pill on the bedside table luckily she didn't try to eat it! So maybe cleaner could be more thorough. Only one log to use for the fire so we had to buy more but no biggie. otherwise a good stay. Would recommend "

"We stayed here for two nights. It was very clean and spacious. The only downside we had was the celling leaking due to a crack and people above us leaving the shower running which flooded. However, Fatima was absolutely fantastic and dealt with the incident quickly. Looking forward to staying there again soon. Would definitely recommend. "

"The little flat was spot on . The owner was on the end of the phone if u needed to ask any questions. The small town of Bury St Edmunds is beautiful. They had a great little market . And we visited the smallest pub in Britain The people were very polite and friendly. We have family there . So we will be visiting more frequently . Thanks great host."

"the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. "Hockwold hall is the perfect accomodation for your next group getaway. We loved the set up and everything this property had to offer e.g. seating for 24 people, cellar which is perfect for a dance room into the little hours, a large kitchen and bbq area, games room and music room! Richard the owner was great at communicating with us and was the perfect host - only popping in when we needed assistance or to check whether we needed anything. We couldn't have found a more perfect property!"
