"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Aldi and Netto within 7 minute walking distance. Easy free street parking. Quiet neighborhood. 2 minute walk to tram station, 15 minutes and you were in the downtown Dresden with lots of shopping and dining options. "

Die Küche ist komplett allerdings müßten Türen neu eingestellt werden und der Müllauszug wieder gängig gemacht werden. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung ein großes Bad mit zwei Fenster und Anschluss an das Straßenbahn Netz direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt recht gut mit etwas Luft nach oben mit wenig Aufwand vom Vermieter.
