Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up."

"Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good "

"The house itself is good, comfortable, and fairly reflects the listing, with ample space for a large house party. However, our otherwise enjoyable experience was let down by the lack of attention to detail, in terms of house-keeping and maintenance/repair. When paying a top-end price (about 7k for 4 nights) it was disappointing that several lights did not work (including bathroom lights, dining room main light, bathroom mirror light), the Aga never got up to cooking temperature even after 4 days...

"Don’t know what the property was like that I booked as the day before I was due to go, the host changed where we were due to stay. There had been no communication previously and I had to phone Vrbo to find out what was going on. I was given another property in central Nottingham which was quite frankly appalling. I was not given in advance the code or instructions to remove the parking bollard so had to pay in a car park 10 min walk away. Eventually got a call from the host with the code and...

"From start to finish the stay at the property was perfect easy check in, Lovely touches left by the owner, The property was well maintained, Nearby stores and restaurants yet in a quite and upscale neighborhood. I had 3 boys ages 9-8, They had all the entertainment in the house & garden they could want. The house is clean and comfortably and big enough for everyone to have personal space. Thank you for being part of our trip."
