Large room with ensuite in an old hotel with lots of character; clean and cared-for. Check-in etc all very easy. Excellent cafés and restaurants nearby, and the hotel's own food looked good too. A good alternative to typical modern hotels.

A very enjoyable stay big rooms where we could attend a wedding in Hobart and have our son stay in a seperate room to us. We had a large bathroom within our 2 bedroom unit and everything including the meal on one night was economical and wholesome. Staff very accommodating and freindly. Would definitely stay there again

All though the Hotel is circa 1858 the facilities are very good clean bathrooms the staff are fantastic dining great food and very economical l will be recommending this Hotel to all my friends and family a wonderful stay

The staff are very friendly & helpful. It’s a shared bathroom & toilet situation. You need to bring your own everything, not even a tissue box in the room itself. Perfect if you’re a solo traveller or a couple that just need a place to sleep. If you stay in the room with the patio note that the pub music plays until late and can’t be turned off separately. Also the floorboards are quite creaky so if you wake easily the coming & going of other guests might disrupt you. The Inn was walking distance to a cute brunch spot called Lazy Brunch which was delicious albeit a bit pricey.

All room are not private room, no matter how they name the room. All residents share 2 bathroom & 2 toilets (no hand washing basin in toilet room). No mirrors in the room, no hairdryer. Breakfast is so so, self service style. first morning got OJ and no more refill afterwards Little noisy at night, bar downstairs, if not noisy sensitive then the bed is comfy.
