Our three bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is well-suited to families or a small group travelling together. With a sunny open-plan layout and views across to Sandy Bay and only a few minutes walk to the waterfront, it's the perfect base to explore Hobart.
The Space:
Enjoy beautiful Battery Point from our spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the top level of a federation-style home in a quiet street. The apartment is private and has a lovely outlook across to Sandy Bay. Take in the morning sun from the front verandah and the lovely cottage garden privately enclosed inside the picket fence.
The apartment has recently received a fresh makeover and been beautifully furnished and styled. The living and kitchen are open-plan with a galley-style kitchen equipped for self-catering. Comfortably sleeping 6 guests and an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Hobart CBD or waterfront. Historic Battery Point village is 5 minutes walk.
Enjoy the convenience of staying in historic Battery Point with easy access to either the CBD, Salamanca precinct or Sandy Bay with a shopping precinct home to all the essentials such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shops. Marieville Esplanade is at the end of the road and a great place to take the kids for a play or enjoy a walk along the foreshore of the Derwent River.
Please note there is no off-street parking however space is easily available right out the front of the house. There is a separate apartment available to book downstairs, however it has its own private entrance and does not impact on guests upstairs from a privacy perspective.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Battery Point is arguably Hobart's most sought-after suburb filled with heritage-listed properties lining the streets and quant laneways. Discover the neighbourhood on foot, starting your day with breakfast and a coffee from Hearth Café & Restaurant or Serendipity Café, both just a 10-minute walk, or a delicious pastry from Jackman & McRoss Bakery, less than 10-minutes walk.
Getting Around:
Hobart is super easy and convenient to navigate. The apartment is within easy commuting distance to all inner-city attractions. Take your choice of walking, driving, Uber or taxi. Alternatively you could jump on one of the ride sharing e-scooters provided by Neuron or Beam - simply download either app to find your nearest ride.
