Large open plan living space with indoor fire and sunken lounge opens directly out onto a large deck with hot tub, massive undercover entertaining area with 8-seater table, outdoor fire pit and massive front lawn for dogs and children to run around. Spacious bedrooms, large rumpus room and modern clean amenities awaits. Undercover parking and flat access to the house provided.

Coningham is a convenient 25 minutes from Hobart CBD, and renown for its beautiful Coningham beach. The property is situated on the hill overlooking the bay, and backs onto the reserve providing significant walking and bike riding trails (or dog walking trails) to enjoy. Take a quick drive down to Coningham beach and swim in the turquoise waters and white sands. Kettering and the Bruny Island Ferry is 8 minutes down the road, or continue on down the D'Entrecasteaux Channel to sample the incredible fresh produce, including berries, seafood, cheese and wines.
