The two bedroom cottage features a fully equipped modern kitchen with brand new appliances, a dining area for four guests and a warm, welcoming living space. The outdoor dining area provides the perfect spot for a relaxed meal or morning coffee.
Both generous bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a warm, inviting style. The main bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with plenty of natural light, while the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for families or friends.
For added comfort during your stay there is a laundry room at the back of the property as well as powder room.
The enclosed backyard is a peaceful retreat, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding under the stars after a day of exploring.
Just 15 minutes from Hobart, the location provides easy access to top attractions such as Mount Wellington, Bruny Island and local walking trails leading to nearby beaches and Kingston’s main shopping area.

Getting Around:
Located just 15 minutes from Hobart, the easiest way to explore Kingston Beach and beyond is with your own car. The property has ample parking for up to 2 cars and parking out on the street at the front of the property.
The beach and nearby coffee shops and restaurants is an easy 5 minute stroll so walking is an option.
Metro Tasmania runs regular buses between Kingston Beach and Hobart, making it easy to get around without a car and the area is accessible for Uber and local taxi services.
