The laundry with washing machine and the updated bathroom and separate toilet are also on the lower level.

Upstairs is the kids zone! Twin single beds in the third attic bedroom, and there is an additional lounge / play room for the smaller members of your family which gives you time to relax and enjoy some parent time. There is also an outdoor courtyard/verandah which is the perfect private spot on a sunny afternoon and off street parking for up to two vehicles.
