"We upgraded to a superior room this room was stunning with perfect views. My only complaint would be the wondows are so drafty. Yes there are lovely heavy drapes which do the job. With such wonderful views you dont want to shut them out. I understand the wondows cant be changed but like ive said on previous stays put shutters or some sort of cover over them which can be opened or taken dwn when the weather is better 🌞"

"Great customer service, right from the young lady at checkin to later at the bar all the way to breakfast the next morning. Breakfast had a great range and everything was cooked to order. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Only comment is at breakfast need to keep serving utensils clearly labelled and products in individual heating units to avoid contamination. Staff were very helpful helping one of my family have a cooked breakfast which was tomato free dur to an allergy. "
