"From check in to check out everything was so easy. The hotel is really clean and amenities are really good. Restaurant has lot of option , with breakfast with lots of variery and changes menu everyday. Spa service is really good. "

"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel. We stayed at the Red Dao Suite which is beautiful overlooking the mountains in the clouds and very comfortable. Katie and the team were very kind and helpful."

"The farmstay was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The grounds and countryside were spectacular. It was a perfect base for our treking around the SaPa area. The family were so hospitable, the meals were great and the children very cute and friendly. "

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "This was a really good property location, even though the hotel was a bit dated, our rooms were massive, had a balcony that overlooked the mountains. We could listen to the roosters crowing in the morning and it was super convenient and peaceful, even though it was just a stone’s throw away from the main Sapa city area. 10/10 recommend, and would definitely stay here again. "

"Great place to unwind in Sa Pa! Best time to travel is May-October if you want sunshine and warmth. It was cold and misty here but the staff are amazing and food was fantastic! Loved the spa and the fireplaces in the bungalow. "

Aware of reception asking you to double pay room

"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not paid for our room, even telling our driver who was waiting, makes me not happy as it sounds Ike we are staying for free! Nice location and clean place, "
