"The room was very clean and a good size. We appreciated having a refrigerator and a small table in the room. The staff were friendly. Our only complaint was there was no temperature control, so the room was a little warm for our liking, but overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect for attending Broadway shows."

"The shower was sent from the heavens (they have great water pressure) the location is so convenient you can walk everywhere from central park, carnegie hall, Rockefeller,times square and 15 minute walk from the deli 48 thats open 24 hours(the distance helped when I wanted a strawberry roll cake at 3am) and of course the staff was engaging and helpful. I hope to stay in the same location when i make my next visit to nyc!"

"The location was great-we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in the penthouse, so we had a private outdoor area with an igloo. That was lovely to sit in after a busy day. We were very close to the Empire State Building. The management was always very quick to answer my questions and allowed us to leave our luggage there until we needed it. The price was reasonable, in comparison to other hotels. The room was tiny but very clean. The outdoor area was a definite plus. There were 5 of...

"The property itself is excellent, new and clean. The area around the property is a little sketchy at night, but the good thing is, subway stations are only a 10 min walk at most, so transportation is fairly convenient."
