We arrived on the first day informed that air conditioning is faulty so they transported us to their other hotel. Came back the next day, one room’s airconditioning is still faulty. Reported it two days in a row but hotel couldn’t fix it. Given the hot weather and temp in HCM even at night, it was not a great experience.

Was a very nice place, everything was good until I sat down the toilet and then the knob broke off and water poured everywhere but it was just as I was supposed to head to the airport so I packed very quickly and ran downstairs and let them know they offered to put me into a different room but since I was leaving anyways it was okay but it would have been nice if they would have offered something in the way of the inconvenience of all my stuff getting kind of wet but it wasn't that bad so I just shrugged it off and kept going no big deal

Lovely hotel and great deal for money. I would give it higher rating if it wasn't for the rock hard mattress. It was like sleeping on the floor. OK wifi but internet (laptop) is not fast and spotty.

Great staff great value great location
Was very good. But above all the staff were absolutely incredible. So helpful and polite, something many Europeans cannot manage themselves. Also very affordable I encourage you to give them a tip they deserve it.

Nice trip!!

部屋の防音が悪く、階下の音や廊下での話し声は筒抜けです。隣のドアを閉める音で目が覚めます。スタッフは気さくで良かったですが、朝食のレストランのスタッフは不愛想でした。ロビーがホーチミンには多い1階上なので重い荷物を持っての上がり下がりは大変です。最もドアボーイがいて、手伝ってはくれますが、土日はいませんでした。
