Don’t book a room here
I booked a room for me and my boyfriend, then when we Arrived Saigon and gonna check in in the hotel, its closed even if they have ”24 hours reception”, and when my taxi driver calls the owner, the only thing she says its that i canceled the booking even if I didn’t, we arrived in the midnight and would cancel it. And when u try to call them I got no answer. And my taxi driver tried again, then suddenly the phone is off. I’m very disappointed. Didn’t even get any return.

최악입니다..
당일 새벽출국이라 쇼핑후 땀에 찌들어서 샤워만하고 좀쉬다 공항가려고 저렴하게 당일 예약했는데 일단 지도상으로 위치가 달라 호텔측 전화해보니 전화안됨. 위치상 오토바이가 많고 매우 위험한동네.. 체크인하는데 영어를 할줄모르시는 할머니와 컴퓨터도없고 종이에 적힌 체크인표를 확인하시고 당일에 예약을 하여 저희가 명부에없어 전화통화후 체크인을 하였음. 호텔에 들어서는순간 한국의 여인숙? 같은 느낌에 청소도 안되어있고 매우 위생적이지 못하여서 샤워만 대충하고 나와버림 최악의 호텔...

Tôi book phòng trước ngày lưu trú 2 ngày và chuyển khoản từ trước. Vậy mà khi tôi đến khách sạn họ bảo hết phòng loại tôi đã đặt. Sau đó cho tôi 1 phòng khác cũ kĩ, điện thoại nội bộ liên hệ với lễ tân k dùng được.
