We stayed here for 4 nights. It's a perfect place for couple, close to the city centre, surrounded by shops and restaurants (a bit pricey compared to normal shops). The place is very clean, feel like at home. I had noticed there was a bit of water leek under the sink in the bathroom, informed management and they fixed it almost immediately. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommend for future travellers.

Perfect , there will be no regrets booking this apartment. A little pricey, but what to do, prices of everything everywhere are increasing. Just have to work harder to earn more money so that I can stay here again when I next visit Ho Chi Minh City.

“At first, I was a little bit worried about booking this apartment because I was concerned the room might not be clean or might be old because I have a small child and a niece who is allergic to dust. But it turned out fine. I stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment. It’s big enough for 5 or 6 adults. The rooms were clean, with nice views and a good location.”

I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough! The receptionist was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. From providing detailed information on local tours to offering water and any other support I needed, their level of service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, always with a cheerful attitude and a genuine willingness to help. It truly felt like Trai cared about making my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I would defo stay here when I choose to visit again.

I have stayed in many of the room types. Having a seperate living space from your bedroom gives a nice home feel to relax after a day out. You get a full size fridge /freezer which is a great asset. The baths are generous and are a nice addition to relaxation. Washing machines and dryers keep your clothes ready to wear. Beds are firm but very comfortable. Hair-dryer included. The kitchenette is fitted with enough gear to cook and eat a meal. Always helpful and keep the rooms neat and clean

The owner is very nice and accommodating. He sent us recommendations and all. The place was clean with complete toiletries, utensils and cooking equipment. If you’re looking for quick meals, there are convenience stores, street stall vendors near the apartment; there’s even a pharmacy in case of emergencies. The place is also accessible for grab drivers and grab. Highly recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay at this hotel. The room facilities were impeccable—everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. The receptionists, security guards, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. The location is convenient for getting around the city, and despite being close to Bui Vien Street, noise was not an issue for us. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an in-room washing machine, but each floor has shared laundry facilities, so it wasn’t much of a problem. Our room was cleaned daily, with complimentary water bottles replenished, which made our 4-night stay even more comfortable. Plus, parking for motorbikes is free! I’ll definitely choose this hotel every time I come to Vietnam in the future, especially since my boyfriend loves Vietnam and plans to visit frequently.

Moved into this apartment from another hotel in Saigon as it was fully booked and we needed a couple of more days there. It was a 1 minute walk from Bui Vien street where all the loud bars and clubs are. We were on the 5th floor and really could hardly hear the bars at night. That was great. Also this place has a rooftop bar which is recommended in the lonely planet. Good beer and a great burger too. The apartment was clean and spacious which was quite a surprise given the price. Has it's own kitchen so you could cook yourselves or just have breakfast there. Also worth mentioning is that there is a washing machine and tumble dryer on each floor. Very handy

The property itself was not bad but we had a poor experience with the property manager. We had no direction on how to get in to our suite and did not get the proper help when we asked about it because the staff had gone home for the night. The manager seemed frustrated with us over the phone when I tried to ask for assistance with entering the suite and keep in mind, there was no language barrier because I speak Vietnamese. We were stuck outside in the hot hallway for 20 minutes. Our friends who reserved the second suite only had access because their door was unlocked and the manager had the nerve to tell us to ask our friends for help (they didn't know how to use the sensored door either). The other issue we encountered is that we expected to have access to the pool and gym as advertised (hence why we cancelled our hotel and picked this residence) but in fact, the pool and gym are only accessible to residents, not guests. When we message the manager in the morning to ask about the locked access to the pool (as our kids were dressed and ready to swim), they responded 6 hours later and said they had changed their pool policy. We only booked and paid more for this residence because of pool access for our children, as advertised clearly on their site. Our friends messaged about the pool access and received no response. The lack of communication and false advertisement of the property has me quite upset and I do not recommend this property for future stays.
